Sounds great, seems Blizz keep getting it right. Nice to be able to play a game i can press “esc’ to and go let the dog out/make dinner/shag the lady. WOW is just to focused. Can’t walk out on a 25man BT raid to lead a normal life.

Cheers for the effort Bizz, hope the pay-cheque reflects the effort.

Think its gonna be a great success like the 1 and the 2.. Hope they do something about the lightsettings so the game gets darker..

i think that making D3 an MMO would be somewhat a dumb idea. I think if they want to make money they will make it liek the original 2. People will leave WoW for it yes, but people who played the first two may not want an MMO and therefore not buy it. If they all wanted an MMO they would be playing WoW, and really they aren’t that dumb. So i think it will not be an MMO if they want to keep a lot of their customers who love D1, and D2

Dude, if you make this game go right, like having massive Battlegroup encounters and stuff, i would love it, oh, and to attract more players from other MMOs like CoH and CoVa, make your price for monthly lower… like 5.00 – 10.00 for one month and stuff, im only 11, but i think its a good idea personally

Diablo2/lod is and was the best game ever made. No other game could keep me playing for 6 years everyday like that.

It shouldn’t be compared to these other normal games it is

THE GOD OF GAMES

Diablo 3 must continue the same style of play with more charactors new ubers and bring us back to Tristam once again with the music yes previous music should be used if you return to previous places

Lets visit the Amazon homeland, Assassins homelands ect. lots of places to go and things to see

How can you compare anything to Diablo 2 / LOD…………

Please don’t make it an MMORPG. If it was Diablo II with: 1. high resolution capabilities, 2. Modern graphics engine. I would be delightfully happy.

I would F’in hate if Diablo III was an MMORPG! I have played D2 on and off since it came out in 2000. I never liked RPG’s, but there is something to love about D2. D2: LOD is an awesome expansion and everything about it is awesome. It is seriously, along with Diablo I, my favorite game. It is the only game I can honestly say I have played for this long. I loved the Warcraft games, but making that an MMORPG seemed like what Nintendo does with Super Mario. To reiterate, DON’T RUIN this amazing franchise because you want to make another million on sales. You may increase your sales, but at the same time, lose your old fanbase.
